New habits are formed by practice, not by brute force or plain will power.
Your unconscious mind doesn’t know what it is that your conscious mind wants to make a habit.
You need to get the message across.
Whether it be creating a new habit, like taking daily exercise or changing an existing habit, like what you eat, or perhaps don’t eat.
You need to do whatever it is repeatedly for your unconscious mind to get the message and make it a habit.
Practice makes for perfect habits.
Play the new you for a few days and you’ll fall back to your old ways.
But play the new you for 28 days and that conscious repetition will stick.
It will become an unconscious habit.
What new habits are you going to practice in the next 28 days to change your life and your future?
